Privacy Notice

Covers kwikapps.app, our public website. Last updated 31 August 2026.

This website has no sign-up, no forms, no input fields and no cookies. It does not build a profile of you, does not share anything with advertisers, and cannot identify you by name. What it does collect is set out below in full.

Who is responsible

KwikAPPS OPC, a One Person Corporation registered in the Philippines, SEC Reg. No. 2026080263876-03, Unit 705 Landsdale Tower, 86 Mother Ignacia, Paligsahan, Quezon City, Philippines. Contact support@kwikapps.app. We are the controller for the information described here, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Our data-protection registrations are not yet complete. A Data Protection Officer designation and registration with the National Privacy Commission are both still pending. We say so here rather than let you discover it: until a DPO is designated, privacy requests reach us at the address above and are handled by the company directly. This notice will be updated with the DPO’s name and contact details once that is done.

What this website collects

Two things, and nothing else.

1. Anonymous usage measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and industries people look at. It is cookieless and does not follow you across other websites. Per page view it records the page path, the referring site, approximate country, device type, operating system and browser. It does not record your name, your email address or your precise location, and we cannot use it to work out who you are.

The site also records eight interaction events. Each carries a category only — never an identifier, never anything you typed, because there is nothing on this site to type into:

EventWhat it records
industry_selectedwhich of the 15 industries was chosen
personalized_loadedwhich industry the page rendered for
jurisdiction_selectedthe payroll tier of the country chosen — not the country itself
language_selectedthe language code chosen
role_selectedwhich of the five role descriptions was chosen
demo_startedthat the on-page demonstration ran
roadmap_togglethat the module list was expanded
return_visitthat a previous choice was found on this device

2. Choices stored on your own device

When you pick an industry, country, language or role, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the page still fits you when you come back. These stay on your device and are never sent to us:

ka.industry   ka.region   ka.lang   ka.role

Clearing your browser’s site data removes them. Nothing breaks if you do.

How we work out your country and language

From your browser’s own timezone and language settings, read on your device. We do not look up your IP address and we never ask for location permission. The detection is only a starting suggestion — the visible controls always win, and your choice is what gets stored.

Why we process it

To understand which industries and countries our visitors come from, so that we build the right thing; and to remember your choices so the page is useful when you return. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving our own website, weighed against the fact that the data is pseudonymous, minimal, and cannot identify you.

Who else processes it

ProcessorRoleWhere
Vercel Inc.Website hosting, and the analytics described aboveUnited States
Google LLCOur business email (Google Workspace) — anything you send to the addresses on this siteUnited States

Using them means this information is processed outside the Philippines. We rely on each provider’s own data-processing terms for that transfer.

If you email us

The site has no contact form. If you write to support@kwikapps.app — or to any of our other published addresses — your message is delivered and stored by Google Workspace. We keep your message and address for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of what was agreed.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained by Vercel under its own schedule; we do not export it or combine it with anything else. Choices stored on your device stay until you clear them. Email correspondence is kept for up to two years from our last exchange, unless it relates to a contract, in which case we keep it for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may ask to access your data, correct it, object to its processing, have it erased or blocked, obtain a copy, and be told if it has been compromised. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Write to support@kwikapps.app and we will respond within 15 working days. In practice, because this website cannot identify you, there is usually nothing here we can look up on your behalf — which is the point.

The KwikTime application is separate

This notice covers this website only. KwikTime, our workforce application, handles employee attendance records and biometric face templates on behalf of the employers who use it. For that data the employer is the controller and KwikAPPS OPC is the processor, governed by a written data processing agreement rather than by this notice. If you are a worker whose attendance is recorded in KwikTime, your employer is the right first point of contact.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. This is the English version, and the English text is the authoritative one.
