One platform · Fifteen industries
Built for the people who keep operations running. Everywhere.
Construction was the proving ground — a working Philippine construction firm still runs its sites on these rails every day. But the platform ships worldwide, with industry and jurisdiction as profiles, not forks: the same attendance, records, and payroll engine underneath, with each industry's own language and rules on top.
Concept imagery. Casting and locale vary by region; the rails don't.
The module family
One platform, admitted one module at a time.
Admitted by module contract. In service: in daily use. Planned: not built yet.
KwikTime
In serviceThe first sellable module and the platform's core job: biometric attendance to payroll for frontline crews. Workers check in by face on a site phone; the engine turns punches into daily time records and labor-law-correct pay.
- Check-inFace matching runs on the site phone itself; enrolment photographs never leave it, and the face template syncs only to your own organisation's database.
- Field-proofOffline-first: attendance is captured with no signal and reconciles when the site gets one.
- Payroll enginePhilippine Labor Code arithmetic — overtime, night differential, holiday and rest-day premiums — computed, not estimated.
- Evidence-gradePer-event, per-Venue crew records that the crew sheet, the invoice and the payout all read from.
- ProvenRuns daily on live Philippine high-rise jobsites — around 120 workers on active sites (reported) — behind a gate of 3,800+ automated tests (verified 2026-08-24).

Ask KwikAPPS Planned module · scripted, not live
Your operation, answerable.
Simple on the surface.
Sophisticated underneath.
One obvious job per screen. The sync, tenancy, privacy and audit machinery lives below the line — and is never the user's problem.
Below the waterline
The machinery your crews never have to think about.
Offline is a state, not an error
A check-in survives dead signal, a dropped browser tab, and a phone that never sees Wi-Fi until Friday. Sign-in carries at least 72 hours of offline grace.
record store · stampAfter() · tombstones · ≥72h graceBiometrics that stay inside your organisation
Face matching runs on the site phone itself; enrolment photographs never leave it, and the face template syncs only to your own organisation's database — never pooled with another company's. A non-biometric way in always exists.
on-device matching · no cloud face matching · RA 10173 posturePayroll that encodes the law, not a multiplier
Night differential, holiday and rest-day premiums, and no rounding-down of rendered time — the Philippine Labor Code ships first, and jurisdictions are profiles by design.
Arts. 83/86/87 · G.R. 244629 · floating duty daysRecords built as evidence, not notes
Event staffing is billed on a crew sheet somebody has to stand behind: were the Staff you invoiced actually at that Venue, for those hours? Each check-in carries identity, time and Venue, so the sheet, the invoice and the payout all read from one record.
crew sheet to invoice · per-venue shifts · flagged, never guessedHow we build
No testimonials yet — commitments instead.
We're early, and we won't invent social proof. What we can show you is the engineering discipline the platform is governed by.
The core job never breaks.
Attendance is never gated, slowed, or paywalled. Billing failure degrades to "feature locked" — never to blocked work.
Every record belongs to a tenant.
Tenant-scoped from day one. Cross-tenant leakage blocks release.
Humans hold the dangerous keys.
Live schema changes, payments, and destructive operations are human-executed, staging-first.
Nothing ships without the gate.
Lint → tests → secure build → preview and core-job smoke test → deploy → production verification.
Every number is labelled.
Verified, reported, estimate, or projection. A figure that can't be labelled doesn't ship.
AI assists; it never signs.
No AI writes a record of pay, safety, or legal consequence without a named human approval.
Field-hardened by requirement
Built for the field it actually runs in.
Low-end Android, slow connections
The reference device is the cheap shared phone a site actually hands you — not a flagship.
Gloved hands, sunlight
Tap targets at least 44px, one-handed use, sunlight-legible contrast.
Compliance ships as jurisdiction profiles
DOLE-aligned time records, BIR retention and RA 10173 posture form the first profile — the Philippines. New jurisdictions are added as profiles, not forks.
English today, Tagalog planned
The UI ships in English; localisation follows the jurisdiction profiles.

Biometric data stays inside your organisation
KwikTime's face recognition runs on the site phone — matching happens on the device itself, and enrolment photographs never leave it. The mathematical face template is synced to your own organisation's database so a worker can be recognised on any of your devices; it is held under access controls that deny it to every other customer, and it is never pooled with another company's. A non-biometric clock-in path exists for any worker who does not consent. Biometric processing is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173); a Data Protection Officer designation and NPC registration are both pending; the NPC filing follows the business permit. A Data Processing Agreement is executed with every client before onboarding.
